Property Development Solicitor - This 10+ partner practice on the South East London/ North Kent border have asked us to find them a further commercial property solicitor with expertise in commercial development. He/she will need to have at least 3-6 year’s relevant PQE and have a solid background in commercial property. This will include
- Commercial leases
- Lease renewals
- Sale and purchase of commercial businesses
- Site acquisitions and plot disposal
- Commercial sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties
- Commercial mortgages
Development experience is essential as the firm acts for housing association and RSL clients.
