Commercial Property Solicitor – This highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their property team at their West Kent offices.

About the Role
You will be working alongside a supportive team where you will be managing your own quality caseload of commercial property matters, working on your own initiative. The team assist and advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant, developers, landowners, lenders and portfolio clients.

Candidate Requirements
They are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience of managing a similar caseload within a top regional practice. You will be able to address matters efficiently, have good organisational and communication skills and an active involvement in business development and marketing for the department.
