Commercial Solicitor – This multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent has asked us to find them a further Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

About the Role
Due to a sterling reputation, this highly regarded commercial team are now looking for a Solicitor with between 2-4 years’ experience to take on a busy caseload. You will need significant experience in advising a range of business clients in all aspects of commercial law, including:            
-        Shareholder agreements
-        Terms and conditions of business
-        share and asset sale/purchases
-        Partnership agreements
-        Start-up agreements
-        Supply and distribution agreements

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with 2+ years relevant experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need to be well versed in delivering specialist commercial advice and adding value to the team by marketing the department, as well as being able to work well with other departments to increase cross referral instructions.
