Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career. This leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further corporate Solicitor to join their team at one of their Kent offices

About the Role
This Legal 500 ranked department provide legal advice to business clients on a wide range of corporate commercial and financial transactions, from company share sales and purchases, corporate structuring, business asset sales and purchases to drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements. You will be assisting the Head of the team in dealing with complex transactional and advisory corporate and commercial work, as well as running own caseload.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a solicitor with between 1 -4 years relevant experience and who ideally has worked for a City or large regional practice. You will need to have a keen interest in networking and participating in marketing events, calm and organised demeaner and personable approach; with good client facing skills.
