Court of Protection Solicitor

£40,000 - £50,000

Exciting opportunity to join the vulnerable client team of this leading Kent practice.  This role consists of dealing with a varied caseload of Vulnerable Client matters such as Court Protection work, Care funding work including NHS Continuing healthcare claims,  wills for vulnerable clients including Advance Directives,  and advising on and preparing and registering powers of attorney. This position would suit a solicitor or chartered legal executive with existing Court of Protection and or care fee funding experience or a Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive who is looking to build upon their existing skill set.  The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and demonstrate a real empathy to client care.  A minimum of 2 years pqe is essential. Please contact Gavin Sladden, Andrew Bishop or submit your CV as directed below.
