Criminal, Civil and Regulatory Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Our clients are a Chambers ranked practice who act nationally for a range of clients mainly in the agricultural, equine, landed estate and field sport sectors.
They have asked us to find them an experienced dispute resolution solicitor who can act for their clients on a range of contentious issues including environmental law, animal welfare, regulatory and employment matters and prosecutions under the Firearms Act, public order offences and offences against the person as well as civil and commercial disputes. Their clients include veterinarians, farriers, field sport associations and farming unions. This is an unusual opportunity that calls for flexibility, client empathy and an ability to deliver positive outcomes in sometimes difficult circumstances. He/she is likely to have two to three years’ relevant experience in work of this nature.
