Job Description

Housing Litigation Lawyer
London /South London
£28,000 - £35,000

Housing Litigation Lawyer - Our clients are a top ranked practice in the Housing Association/RSL legal market.

As the result of a significant and sustained increase in new work they now need a further housing litigation lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive with up to 2 years relevant case handling experience.

You will be acting exclusively for registered providers of social housing, local authorities, Co-operatives and ALMO’s. Applicants should have knowledge of civil litigation and ideally housing litigation, tenancy breaches, estate management, anti-social behaviour, defending disrepair claims, squatters, tenancy drafting, rent arrears, service charge disputes and policy advice.

On offer is a competitive salary package, bonus and the opportunity to join a well- managed firm with a robust business model that has grown steadily over the past few years. Long term career prospects with them are therefore excellent. Please contact Gavin Sladden, Andrew Bishop or submit your CV as directed below. All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence and firms will not be approached without your consent. We will hold your details on our data base until such time as you ask us to remove them. Please note that our advertisements use PQE levels and salary levels purely as a guide.
