Junior Property Litigation Lawyer – This large, long established Holborn based practice have asked us to assist them in finding a Junior Property Litigator Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their dispute resolution team. They are regarded as one of the very best UK firms for their expert legal advice, rated in both Chambers and the Legal 500.

About the Role
Due to an influx of work, they now need a Property Litigator with solid training and ideally some background in matters of contentious property disputes gained as a paralegal.  Joining a vibrant department that has seen steady growth; the team manages a mix of commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters, along with leasehold enfranchisement.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a junior Solicitor who has a solid background in property litigation matters, gained preferably with a London firm or large regional practice. You will be expected to demonstrate a knowledge of key property litigation areas, commercial acumen and business development skills, all whilst adding value to the team.
