Litigation Lawyer

Litigation Solicitor - Our clients are a busy full service law who are known for their litigation work. Based at their city centre offices they are now looking to find a further litigation lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive to join their highly regarded team.

They are interested in the CV’s of strong litigators with c.1-4 years’ PQE and who are looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to demonstrate proven experience of getting results in general litigation matters however the majority of the work is in property litigation. Advising landlord & tenants on a wide range of matters under the landlord & tenant act 1954, dealing with dilapidations claims, relief applications, forfeiture of leases, tenant’s arrears and insolvency, action against guarantors, steps against non-payment of rent and obtaining possession of property occupied by squatters.

They are interested in talking to versatile, ambitious individuals with the appetite to take on a growing caseload of good quality work and deliver a high standard of care to their clients.
