About the Role  
They now seek a 2 PQE+ Solicitor or Legal Executive who is confident in running their own caseload of simple and complex wills, drafting Trust documents and assisting with the creation and administration of Trusts, probates applications and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Experience of advising on IHT and CGT is advantageous, however there is room for your personal development.
