Private Client Solicitor – Due to planned retirement, this leading Kent firm have asked us personally to find them a further ambitious Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor, with a view to Partnership. Joining this medium sized private client team, you will be assisting the current incumbent with the management and overseeing of the department across their multiple offices.

About the Role
You will be tasked with mentoring junior members of the team whilst handling a broad ranging complex caseload of Wills, LPA’s, IHT planning and COP matters. You will be advising on a range of estates, involving domestic and overseas property and tax issues. Any previous experience of agricultural estate management would be highly beneficial.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate with at least 5 years relevant PQE and who has a solid track record of marketing and business development. You will need to be dynamic, highly organised and poses the ability to work well and lead a successful team
