Property Litigation Paralegal – This is a wonderful opportunity to join a top Legal 500 firm based in an affluent town of Tunbridge Wells. Our clients have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 40 years have asked now us to find them a further Property Litigation Paralegal to join their award-winning team.

About the Role
You will be working closely with a highly experienced litigation Partner on a range of property related disputes and in time, the opportunity to manage your own small caseload. These could be from boundary disputes and rights of way matters to agricultural land disputes and party wall claims.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an individual with at least 1 year’s relevant experience of working within a busy litigation department. They are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual who can use their own initiative and who has problem-solving skills to complete tasks set to them and to get the job done, however, is happy to ask sensible questions when faced with an unfamiliar challenge.
