Property Solicitor - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property lawyer looking to progress and take the next step in their career.  Our clients, a well-regarded, multi office Kent practice that has delivered expert professional legal advice for over 100 years has asked us to find them a further property lawyer to handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.

About the Role
They are now looking for a candidate with a wide-ranging knowledge in residential property transactions and ideally some experience in commercial property as well. They can offer support and training in developing the successful candidates experience in the area of commercial property, however a basic understanding is needed.

Candidate Requirements
They envisage that the candidate will need between 2-4 years relevant property experience and a background in dealing with a busy caseload. The ability to market the team within the local community is essential, as is to deliver excellent customer service, updating clients each step of the way.
