Residential Conveyancer – This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, but highly regarded Surrey practice. Due to the location, our client handles a range of HNW property transactions offering an interesting and diverse caseload. They are now seeking a junior Conveyancer to join their team.

About the Role  
You will be working closely with all members of the property department, providing support to the team and managing your own caseload on matters that include residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build, right to buy and mortgages & re-mortgages.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive with a proven background of working in a busy property department and who has the ability to hit the ground running.
