Residential Property Lawyer – An opportunity has been created for a Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm situated on the Surrey/South London border. About the Role
Due to a constant stream of work over the years, our client now deems it the time to expand their team and is looking for a further experienced Residential Lawyer to join them. You will need at least 5 PQE+ residential property experience and expected to step into a growing and diverse property caseload with ease. You will need to have a track record and in depth understanding of both simple and complex property transactions, including sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, right to buy and lease extensions.

Candidate Requirements
This is an exciting time to be joining this busy team. You will need to have a in depth knowledge on a range of property transactions, excellent client facing skills, good self and team management and have an active interest in business development.
