Employment Solicitor - An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with one of our leading client firms.
Situated in the Suffolk countryside this Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice has asked us to find them a further employment solicitor to join their team. They are interested in seeing the CV’S of candidates with c. 1-2 years relevant PQE to join their team. Working alongside a Partner and Legal 500 recommended team you will need to be commercially aware and willing to actively assist in the marketing and developing of the firm, whilst managing a full caseload of employment law issues, including-
- Unfair dismissal
- Representing individual’s in tribunal
- Employment contracts
- Settlement agreements
- Sales of businesses
- Advising on disciplinary hearings
He /she will need strong technical knowledge of employment law and a strong background in matters such as redundancy and restructuring, corporate support work, wrongful and unfair dismissals, restrictive covenants and general employment issues.
