Charity Solicitor– This a rare opportunity for an experienced charity law specialist to step into a senior role with a fast developing department, led by 2 prominent and industry leading figures. The firm is internationally recognised as a leading authority in Charity Law. They advise more than 500 UK and international charities, social enterprises, and other not-for-profit organisations on legal and strategic matters, governance, and a wide range of day-to-day compliance issues.

About the Role  
They are looking for someone who has a strong background in charity law and can advise a diverse range of social enterprises, charities and faith-based organisations on legal, governance, and regulatory matters. Your work will cover charity establishment and incorporation, trustee support, property and development issues, legacies, philanthropy, charity mergers and restructures, and social investment. This varied position offers exposure to both advisory and transactional work across the charity and not-for-profit sector.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a qualified Solicitor (5 PQE+) or someone with relevant experience in charity law or a similar field, who has a solid understanding of the not-for-profit and charity regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-care skills, a proactive and collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in supporting mission-driven organisations.
