Civil Litigation Solicitor – Our client, with a great reputation and several offices in East Kent have asked us to find them a further Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a highly experienced department that is headed by several Partners.

About the Role  
You will need to have solid experience and sound technical skills whilst being able to engage with clients and develop business further. The team cover a wide range of dispute resolution matters. You will be covering a general civil litigation caseload of contractual disputes, debt recovery, neighbour disputes, negligence disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, landlord & tenant matters and property disputes.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor with c.5+ years' PQE. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development. This is a firm that over the last few years they have seen consistent growth and have gone from strength to strength.
