Commercial Litigation Partner - This highly regarded, UK Chambers-ranked and Legal 500 top-tier practice is home to an award winning Litigation team. The firm is now seeking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Partner level, or a senior litigator with a clear trajectory towards Partnership.

About the Role
Known for their strong culture, commercial acumen and client-centric approach, they advise a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, large corporates and high-net-worth individuals. The teams work spans over a wide range of matters, including general commercial contract and shareholder disputes, property and construction disputes, as well as insolvency, debt recovery, and IP and IT-related litigation.

Candidate Requirements
As part of their ongoing growth plans, they are looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigator Partner or Senior Associate ready for Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in enhancing the commercial litigation profile across the Southeast and London. You will manage a high-quality caseload of complex disputes, contribute to strategic growth, and drive business development initiatives.
