Commercial Litigation Solicitor – This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation solicitor with a strong commercial background looking to join a progressive and modern firm in the Kent/ Southeast London area. 

About the Role
Joining this dynamic and highly experienced team, you will be tasked with managing your own caseload of privately funded matters. The team act for a range of clients on:
-        Contract claims
-        Construction disputes
-        Professional negligence claims
-        Consumer disputes
-        Residential landlord and tenant and property disputes
-        Contentious probate matters

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for candidates who have:
-        3 years relevant PQE +
-        Commercial awareness
-        Have strong business development skills
-        Excellent communication skills
