Commercial Property Development Solicitor – Our client, a firm with over a century of experience delivering trusted legal advice, is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Development Solicitor to join its highly regarded property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality development matters within a collaborative and progressive firm.

About the Role
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters, acting for developers, landowners and investors. The role involves managing development transactions from inception through to completion, including drafting and negotiating development documentation, advising on Promotion and Option Agreements, and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years PQE with strong commercial property and development experience. You will be commercially minded, capable of managing matters independently, and able to communicate effectively while working collaboratively within a team.
