Commercial Property Lawyer - Our clients are a busy, full service South London firm with a long established commercial client base ranging from small businesses up to listed entities. They have asked us to find them a further Commercial Property Solicitor, c.2PQE+ who can add further value to their busy real estate team.

About the Role  
They are looking for a knowledgeable Solicitor to take on a full caseload and to support the department in handling increased volumes of work. The caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, conditional sales and purchases, leases, 1954 Act lease renewals, ancillary deeds and refinancing. This is a friendly team, with excellent secretary and professional support lawyers present.

Candidate Requirements
The role would suit a 2+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive who boasts a background in acting for a range of clients, has excellent client service skills, and who can add value and work well in a close team.
