Commercial Property Paralegal - This highly accredited and award-winning full-service London firm, with an international element is now seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join them at their central London offices, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of a busy and supportive commercial property team, working on a broad range of matters
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist fee earners, under supervision, with commercial property matters across all stages of a transaction. Responsibilities will include client onboarding and client care documentation, obtaining title documents, preparing sale and auction packs, submitting searches, drafting replies to CPSEs and SCRs, assisting with reports on title and drafting landlord and tenant documents and sale contracts. The role will also involve preparing SDLT returns, Land Registry applications, completion statements, invoices and accounts forms, with an understanding of client ledgers.
Candidate Requirements
You will need to have worked in legal private practice and ideally in a fast-paced environment. You will need excellent written and oral communication skills and educated to degree level, completion of the LPC is desired. They wish to see individuals with a willingness and drive to learn and develop.
