Commercial Property Paralegal - Our clients, a niche property practice based in Southwest London, and who boast an excellent client base are now looking to recruit a further Commercial Property Paralegal to their team.

About the Role
Due to the location, this firm handles a wide range of HNW and complex property transactions. They are now looking for a career paralegal, with an excellent track record to assist a senior Partner with their caseload. You will need previous experience in preparing and managing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing reports, organising files, and maintaining compliance with legal regulations.

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in talking to energetic and keen individuals with at least 2 years’ experience as a paralegal within an established Commercial Real Estate team. Previous experience of commercial sales and purchases, commercial leases, option agreements and commercial refinances are essential. You will need good computer literacy, excellent standard of client care and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
