Commercial Property Paralegal– This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but highly regarded Surrey practice. Due to the location, our client handles a range of HNW property transactions, offering an interesting and diverse caseload. The firm is seeking a career paralegal, not a trainee, who is committed to developing their expertise within commercial property and contributing to the long-term success of the team.

About the Role  
You will be working closely with all members of the property department, providing support to the team and managing your own caseload. This will comprise of drafting leases, reports, contracts, and conducting title reviews. You will prepare and submit Land Registry and SDLT applications, liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly, and manage case files with a high level of accuracy. 

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive with a proven background of working in a busy property department and who has the ability to hit the ground running.
