About the Role
You will be joining a knowledgeable team, stepping into and developing an already established caseload, whilst assisting senior members on more complex transactions. You will need to show a solid understanding on a range of new leases, lease assignments and renewals on offices, restaurants and shops, as well as freehold property matters such as farmland and woodland.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a 1-4PQE+ Solicitor who can bring drive and ambition to the team and who has an excellent client facing manner. This practice thrives off its repeat and word of mouth business. This position holds excellent future progression for the right candidate.
