Commercial Property Solicitor – Our client, a highly accredited Holborn based law firm is now seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property solicitor to join its busy and varied Commercial Property Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take on increasing responsibility within a well-regarded and collaborative team.
About the Role
The role will involve acting for private landowners, including individuals, trustees and family businesses, on a broad spectrum of rural property and landed estate matters, with a particular focus on sales and development work. This will include sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies, estate management matters such as easements and covenants, option and overage agreements, and the variation and implementation of development agreements and conditional contracts. In addition, the successful candidate will act for landlord and tenant companies, investors, trustees, charities and a historic London estate on a wide range of commercial property matters across office, mixed-use, retail and leisure sectors.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have 4 years PQE and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You will be commercially aware, confident in managing client relationships and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will be proactive, resilient and detail-driven, with strong time management and communication skills. The role suits someone comfortable working independently and as part of a team, who can handle pressure, take initiative and engage confidently with clients. An interest in business development and marketing is advantageous.
