Commercial Property Solicitor – This large practice, with multiple offices around Essex, have asked us to find them a commercial Property Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked team. They are happy to consider candidates on a part-time or full-time basis and offer flexible home working.

About the Role
This busy and highly regarded team deal with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate, including sales and purchases, secured lending, investment, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property development and the regeneration process.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lawyer with at least 4 years relevant experience and who has a solid background in marketing and business development. You will be expected to deliver clear and quality advice, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines, as well as exceptional client care skills.
