Commercial Property Solicitor – Our client, a well-established and highly regarded South Coast law firm with multiple offices and a heritage spanning more than 150 years, is now seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. Continued expansion has been driven by a strong and loyal client base, together with the firm's successful and forward-thinking business development strategy.

About the Role
They are now looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE and a strong background in commercial property law. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience across a broad range of matters, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, as well as landlord and tenant work. The successful individual will also be encouraged to develop their professional network and play a key role in further enhancement of the commercial department’s excellent reputation.

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with c.2+ years PQE and who can demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent client care, communicate professionally with both internal and external contacts, possess excellent IT skills, have exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
