Company Commercial Solicitor – This is a great opportunity to join a highly accredited, multi-disciplined regional practice with offices across Surrey and London. They are now seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team.
About the Role
The department acts for new business start-ups, owner-managed companies, and SMEs across a wide range of sectors, including food and beverage, media and design, retail, manufacturing, commercial and professional services, and software and technology. In this role, you will manage your own busy caseload, advising clients, handling company purchases and sales, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, investments, and negotiating and drafting various contracts such as terms of business, licences, and shareholder agreements.
Candidate Requirements
They are now seeking a Solicitor with at least 6 years’ experience, ideally gained in a similar-sized or City practice. The role requires strong business development skills and a broad, well-rounded skill set. Proven experience in supervising junior team members is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor looking to advance their career and join a successful, dedicated team.
