Corporate Commercial Solicitor - This large, multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in the Southeast has asked us to find them a further junior Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning Corporate & Commercial department.
About the Role
You will be joining a thriving and supportive team with an established, high-quality client base and interesting and complex work. This will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing, banking and finance transactions, EMIS share schemes and employee ownership trusts, shareholder agreements and corporate governance documentation, as well as a wide range of transactional work for charities and social enterprises.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a mid-level Solicitor with approximately 4+ years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate and banking transactions. You will work closely with the Head of Department to help lead and develop the team, and as such will need to be a strong team player, willing to support and mentor others, and able to communicate confidently and effectively with both colleagues and clients.
