£100,000 - £155,000

Corporate Solicitor – This is a rare opportunity to join a unique Holborn based firm that focus on private companies, shareholders and investors. This modern yet traditional Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation has asked us to find them a further senior Corporate Solicitor.

About the Role
Joining a highly knowledgeable team; you will be working closely with Partners and senior figures managing a complex and high-profile caseload, advising a range of clients on various corporate matters including:
-        Running transactions ranging from from £1 million to £30 million typically.
-        Drafting corporate documentation for matters such as MBOs, de-mergers and re-organisations.
-        Management buy outs, joint ventures and other transactions involving wealth creation
-        Shareholder and investment agreements.
-        Responding to company law based queries on a host of matters.
-        Commercial aspects of share and asset sale agreements including warranties and indemnities.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a senior solicitor with an excellent track record of managing staff, who is able to manage clients, manage costs and expectations that are really important with their SME clients. You will need a commercially astute manner, strong attention to detail and ambition to help drive the department forward.
