Court of Protection Paralegal – We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their CoP team with a further Paralegal. This long-established practice, with multiple offices in Surrey and Southwest London are now seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal with at least 1 years relevant experience.

About the Role
The team acts for individuals who need sound legal advice and guidance during a difficult time in the life, this could be due to learning disabilities, mental health, old age or clients who have suffered severe brain injuries. You will support the team in managing the financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity. You will be joining a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in providing sound legal knowledge to their clients.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting a busy caseload. The role requires a proven ability to assist on complex matters, together with a compassionate approach to ensure clients receive clear advice and a high standard of service.
