Employment Solicitor - This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and progressive Legal 500 firm. Our client, a leading regional law firm with several offices across the Southeast, have asked us to find them a further Employment Solicitor to join their growing team.
About the Role
Our client boasts a comprehensive HR and employment law retainer service that provides full support for business owners and HR Managers across Kent & Sussex. They require a highly competent Solicitor to manage wide range of clients with differing objectives. You will be managing a caseload of contract drafting, handbooks, policies and procedures and advising on all employee relation matters including settlement agreements and breach of contract.
You will need a thorough grounding in employment legislation and case law, and a desire to hone your business development skills. They are interested in seeing the CV’s of Solicitors with 4+ PQE, a commercial outlook and who are highly motivated.
