Junior Employment Lawyer
Southampton, Hampshire
£40,000 - £55,000

Junior Employment Lawyer – This large and highly regarded, top 100 law firm is now seeking a further junior Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 6 months post qualification experience gained within a similar sized employment team.

About the Role  
The team provides advice and support to individuals and SME clients across all matters relating to employment law. This can include redundancies, employment disputes, drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, TUPE and defending on employment tribunal claims.

Candidate Requirements
They are now looking for a lawyer who has a solid understanding of employment law and has had excellent training, sitting a seat within an employment department. You will need to show keenness and enthusiasm and the ability to build and develop relationships with clients.
