Legal Cashier – Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 Kent law firm, with a long-standing reputation in the area has asked us to assist them in finding a further Legal Cashier to join their friendly Accounts team on a full time basis.

About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager and Accounts team in maintaining compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and ensuring the smooth running of client and office accounts. Duties include processing banking, cheques, billing, and reconciliations, handling client payments and completions, and assisting with credit control, archiving, and general accounts administration.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a sound knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Experience using Peppermint and/or an ILFM qualification would be an advantage. You should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
