Litigation Lawyer– This is the perfect opportunity for a 5+PQE Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take the next step in their career. Our clients, with offices in Kent, Surrey and London have asked us to find them a further Litigation Lawyer to join their team.

About the Role  
Due to planned retirement, our client is now in need of a Litigation Lawyer with a good amount of experience in general civil and some commercial litigation. You will be advising clients on the law relating to contested Wills and Inheritance Act claims, debt recovery, landlord & tenant matters, contract disputes, employment disputes and PI.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a Lawyer with a good track record, who has a solid grounding in a range of litigation matters and who can market and go out and devlop the work. The ability to deliver excellent customer service and show empathy during a trying time in the clients lives is essential. Being a member of ACTAPS would be advantageous, however not essential.
