Litigation Lawyer
£38,000 - £45,000

Litigation Solicitor - Our clients are a leading multi office Legal 500 firm, situated in Surrey with a reputation for their excellent service and quality work. They have asked us to find them a further litigation lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive, to join their busy litigation department.

About the Role
Due to consistent growth our client is now looking for a commercially aware lawyer with experience in handing a busy caseload of civil, commercial and property disputes. You will be tasked with taking on a wide range of litigation work with an emphasis towards property litigation. This will comprise of landlord & tenant claims, party wall disputes, construction disputes, professional negligence and TOLATA claims.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a keen, dynamic individual with excellent client development skills. The ideal candidate will have:
-        2-4 years’ PQE
-        Strong technical background
-        Commercially astute
-        Excellent client services skills
