Our clients are a highly regarded and well established firm that are now seeking a further 5+ years' PQE Solicitor with a strong background in property and commercial litigation. Their diverse client base ranges from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily focused on property litigation, alongside a solid proportion of general commercial litigation matters. You will advise both landlords and tenants on a broad range of issues arising under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including dilapidations claims, relief from forfeiture applications, lease forfeiture, tenant arrears and insolvency, actions against guarantors, recovery of rent, and possession proceedings, including matters involving squatters.
On the commercial litigation side, you will act for clients across a wide spectrum of disputes, including breach of contract, building and construction matters, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, insolvency-related issues, company and partnership disputes, as well as wills and inheritance claims.
