£70,000 - £80,000

Litigation Solicitor, HOD – This large, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Essex firm have asked us to assist them in finding a Litigation Solicitor to lead and grow their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. This is a well driven team that are ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and have been so for the past 20 years.

About the Role
The department provides practical advice to companies, businesses and individuals on the best way of resolving a wide range of disputes, from contract and negligence claims to construction and property disputes.

Candidate Requirements
They now require a Senior Associate or Partner level Commercial Litigator with exceptional client service skills and who can develop and maintain professional relationships whilst managing a busy and experienced team of 9 lawyers.  Supported by the business development and marketing team, as well as the litigation team you will be expected to further develop the department and generate new clients.
