Litigation Solicitor – Our client, with a great reputation and several offices in East Kent have asked us to find them a further Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a highly experienced department that is headed by several Partners.

About the Role  
You will need to show strong practical experience and excellent technical expertise, combined with the ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. You will manage your own caseload independently while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters. Your work will encompass a broad range of disputes, including property litigation, landlord and tenant matters, employment disputes, probate and inheritance claims, contractual disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, and general commercial litigation.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Litigation Solicitor with c.4+ years' PQE. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development. This is a firm that over the last few years they have seen consistent growth and have gone from strength to strength.
