Litigation Solicitor, Contentious Probate
£40,000 - £50,000

Litigation Solicitor – Our clients are a regional heavyweight, multi office Legal 500 firm situated in Surrey, with a reputation for their excellent service and quality work. They have asked us to find them a further Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their litigation department.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity within a busy dispute resolution team for a litigation fee earner who will represent both claimants and defendant clients on a range of matters. You will need substantial experience as you will be responsible for managing a busy contentious caseload of contesting the validity of Wills, trustee disputes, inheritance Act disputes and estate disputes

Candidate Requirements
This would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE and who has sound knowledge of the litigation processes. You will need to have excellent client care and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a keen commercial sense and an interest in business development.
