NQ Company Commercial Solicitor – Our client is a highly regarded, leading Brighton law firm who are now seeking a motivated and commercially minded NQ -2 year PQE Solicitor to join its corporate team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to build and develop their experience in corporate law within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

About the Role  
You will manage your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues on a broad range of corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating M&A documentation (share and asset purchase agreements), conducting due diligence, advising on corporate structuring, preparing transactional documents, and supporting the smooth coordination of transactions.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting ability and a keen eye for detail, alongside confident and professional communication skills when dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone. A proactive, positive mindset is essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.
