NQ Residential Property Solicitor - This highly regarded, multi office, Southeast firm are now looking for a further residential property lawyer who can join them at their West Kent office. 

About the Role  
They are looking to strengthen their residential property department with a further conveyancer c. NQ-1 years PQE, who has strong technical knowledge and able to cope with a busy and quality residential caseload.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with all aspects of a typical residential property transaction from initial instruction through to completion, including sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity under supervision. He/she will be expected to assist with business development and marketing the team and generating new clients. Any experience or interest in commercial property would be advantageous. Further development will be provided.
