£45,000 - £55,000

Private Client Lawyer - Our clients are a leading multi office Legal 500 firm, situated in Surrey with a reputation for their excellent service and quality work. They have asked us to find them a further private client lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive, to join their busy wills & probate department.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent case handling experience, gained from a similar profile firm and the desire and ambition to grow the department. You will be expected to manage your own caseload, advising clients on a range of matters, to include:
-        Wills
-        Trusts
-        Lasting powers of attorney
-        Probate
-        Inheritance tax
-        Estate planning

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a keen, dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have:
-        4+ years’ PQE
-        Strong technical background
-        Commercial awareness
