Private Client Solicitor – This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, but highly regarded Surrey practice. The private Client department has a strong reputation for excellence, advising a diverse range of clients on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a further Private Client Solicitor to join their respected team.
About the Role
You will be joining a small but highly knowledgeable private client department where you will take on a busy and HNW caseload. You will need to demonstrate a strong background in drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, advising on estate and IHT planning, administering estates and trusts, and assisting with elderly client matters and CoP work. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a 2 PQE+ Solicitor with strong communication skills along with excellent attention to detail. You should be personable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care, with a genuine enthusiasm for developing your expertise and taking on responsibility within a growing department. A STEP qualification, or an interest in pursuing one, would be advantageous but is not essential.
