Private Client Paralegal – Our client is a well-established, highly accredited, East Kent firm with an excellent reputation which continues to grow. They have now asked us to find them a further Private Client Paralegal to join their team.

About the Role
They are seeking a proactive Private Client Legal Assistant to support their team in delivering high-quality legal services across wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and Court of Protection matters. The role includes client communication, drafting legal documents, managing files, assisting with estate administration, and providing general administrative support, with the opportunity to develop your skills and potentially manage your own caseload under supervision.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates should have a law degree or equivalent (LPC/GDL) and at least 2 years experience in a private client team, supporting a caseload with the potential to run files under supervision. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential, along with familiarity with practice management systems. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities are required.
