Private Client Solicitor HOD – Our client is a highly regarded Kent practice, established for nearly 300 years and with that an incredible will bank and sizable private client department. They are now seeking a commercially astute Head of Private Client to lead and develop the team further.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and grow the department, whilst continuing to offer the fantastic service they are known for. As Head of Private Client, you will oversee the departments operations, manage a team of fee earners, and play a key role in the firm’s wider leadership.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE, who can show ambition a proactive approach and a personable manner. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience advising HNW clients, and a genuine desire to grow their practice while mentoring junior colleagues. This opportunity is well suited to someone looking to take a step up in their career.
