Property Litigation Lawyer – This major regional law firm, who is ranked in the Legal 500 and voted as one of the best places to work in the Sunday Times are now in need of a further Property Litigation Lawyer on a full or part time basis.
About the Role
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of experienced Solicitors or FILEXs, with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation. The busy dispute resolution team cover a mixed variety of cases, including commercial disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters. They represent individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant.
Candidate Requirements
You will need a solid background in landlord and tenant disputes, including 1954 Act claims, terminal dilapidations claims, possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, property right disputes, lease disputes and disputed rights of way.
They are interested in individuals with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, a ‘can-do’ attitude and who are willing to go the extra mile. You will be expected to participate in the business development activities of the firm and promote the firm at networking events.
