Property Litigation Solicitor – This modern, dynamic and forward thinking law firm with over 30 years’ experience are now seeking a further Property Litigator to join their team. This firm are known for their property work and have particular expertise in property related dispute resolution. 

About the Role
Joining a small but highly experienced team, you will be managing your own caseload as well as assisting the Partners, acting for landlords and tenants, investors and developers on a wide range of matters. These include
-        The Right of First Refusal
-        1954 Act renewals and terminations
-        Boundary disputes
-        Dilapidations disputes
-        Rent and service charge recovery
-        Service charge disputes (residential and commercial property)
-        Breach of covenants and forfeiture
-        Disclaimed commercial leases
-        Adverse possession applications
-        Variation of leases

Candidate Requirements
The now require a 2+ PQE Solicitor with a strong track record and who has ideally worked with a City or large regional practice.  You will need to be confident in managing a substantial and varied workload efficiently and have a keen enthusiasm for client marketing and business development activities.
